OVERVIEW

ImpactGames has developed two award-winning products that are ready for you to consume and we are always dreaming up what's next. You can play PeaceMaker, the world-renowned game that continues to engage and educate people on issues surrounding the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, or better yet work with us to create a new game on the underlying engine about other pressing global issues. You can view our Beta Play the News community and revisit our now historical news games, engage with our newest rendition surrounding the 2012 Election, or partner with us to start your own community and interactive newsroom today.

PEACEMAKER

PeaceMaker is inspired by real events in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. PeaceMaker challenges you to succeed as a leader where others have failed. Experience the joy of bringing peace to the Middle East or the agony of plunging the region into disaster. PeaceMaker will test your skills, assumptions and prior knowledge. Play it and you will never read the news the same way again. PeaceMaker has been sold in over 60 countries, been featured by top media outlets around the world, and has won several international awards. The PeaceMaker platform can be adapted to other conflicts and social issues.

PLAY THE NEWS

An engaging, community-driven experience – imagine fantasy sports meets the evening news. Play the News is a web-based platform that brings interactive gaming elements to the online news media industry, changing the paradigm of news consumption from passive reading to active engagement. The experience is made up of the "game" component, or news games, and the community of participation around them such as commenting and player rankings and awards. The user profile allows you to build a snapshot of your socio-political profile over time on a range of issues. ImpactGames is actively looking for partners for content, syndication, sponsorship, and many other exciting possibilities.

IDEAS TO COME

ImpactGames is always working on new ideas. We design new ideas for potential clients in response to requests for proposals, as part of contracted designs, or because we want to experiment with and learn new technologies. Many times through this process we end up with great designs but no green light to develop the projects, whether it be funding, timing, or any number of issues. Some of these ideas we hope to complete on our own some day or are just waiting for the right funding, sponsors, or partners to get under way. Take a look at some of the things we've been working on – perhaps you are just the spark one of these projects needs to take off.
